Apricot Rosemary Pork Jerky with Apricot Provincial

For our first Beer series flavor we took one our favorite Local beers, Apricot Provincial from Funkwerks, utilizing the fruity Belgium sour as inspiration for this jerky. Using the beer reduction blended with some tasty seasoning give this totally unique jerky.  

This jerky VERY limited!  We had one keg to work with so get it now before we run out.
